In a Current State Analysis, your chemical handling is reviewed by following the chemicals' existing path through the operation. This way, we get a complete picture of your current process and product catalog. We also set goals for how we will work going forward.
Competence
It is rarely clear-cut which chemicals belong where. Several different pieces of legislation affect this. We offer both training and consulting services to ensure everything is done correctly – at all stages.
According to the law, all staff handling particularly allergenic chemical products must be trained in how these should be handled. We provide both this training and other trainings that make your staff both safer and more competent in their work.
Purchasing
By working with us, you save time for what you really want to do. We collect the purchases and reduce the number of supplier contacts in order to handpick the products you really need and filter out what is not relevant.
Based on the needs analysis, we compile a customized chemical range for the customer's business. In this way, you as a customer get your own webshop with a customized filter that makes it easy to choose the right one.
Logistics
Knowing what goes in and what goes out of the business is the key to sustainable chemical management. We optimize the flow from order to delivery, storage and finally destruction of your chemicals.
With a central warehouse in Linköping holding over a thousand products, we have complete control over storage and distribution. This allows for the fast and long-distance transportation of chemicals. We travel by road, sea, air, and even into space.
System
With our system, Chemgroup Pro, you get access to all information about your chemicals, all in one place. The entire chain from delivery to the content of substances in your chemicals. In this way, you can quickly extract reports, safety data sheets, document risk assessments or overview costs.
In our system, Chemgroup Pro, you get a list of chemicals for the entire business. All your chemicals are listed here, which risks are associated with them and your total annual consumption. We collect all your safety data sheets and are responsible for updating them.
Subscription
Our All Inclusive service is available in three different levels; Standard, Extra and Premium. You can also choose to only work with Chemgroup Pro as a chemical management system. To achieve the very best solution and sustainable chemical management, we recommend our All Inclusive service. By combining control of incoming chemicals, deliveries, efficient logistics, on-site cabinets and systems, we can deliver a service that is both economically beneficial and sustainable.
